Now" button. When you are ready to complete your order,

you are ordering from our printed catalog, simply call,
fax or mail in your order using our contact information

the difference between 'Add One to Cart' and 'Buy One Now'?

shopping cart, and you may conveniently continue shopping. If

number and reason for return. Non-defective merchandise
returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be

What is your shipping & handling policy?

All orders are promptly processed and shipped within 1-2
business days. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground
Service, which normally takes 2-14 days total fulfillment
time depending on your shipping destination's zone. UPS
requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box
addresses.
